The Happy Pet Promise

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Our Happy Returns policy means that you may return any eligible product you've purchased for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus return shipping charges. 

Product Eligibility
Our Happy Returns policy applies only to products in our Lollypup™ and AdventurePup collections.

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, consumable items—including poop bags and treats—are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales of consumables are final.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thehappy.pet with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please send your item(s) back using your preferred carrier, and we strongly recommend selecting a service that includes tracking. The Happy Pet is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Consumables, including poop bags and treats
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
